Non-compliance with any provision of this Agreement may result in revocation of your access and use privileges without further notice.
Use of Services and E-commerce Store: Our Services and e-commerce store are intended for personal, non-commercial usage only. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use our Services, this license is subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement.
E-commerce Transactions: By committing to a purchase on our e-commerce store or via Google merchant solutions, you agree to thoroughly read the full product or service listing and abide by the rules we set for buyers. You are responsible for fulfilling any contractual obligations related to the purchase, including payment of the purchase price and provision of accurate shipping information.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Should you be unhappy with any product or service purchased from our e-commerce store or Google merchant solutions, you may request a cancellation within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. In event of an approved cancellation, we will refund your purchase price excluding any non-refundable costs already incurred by us as a result of servicing your purchase.
Limitation of Liability: To the extent allowed by applicable laws, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Services.
Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, and its employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of our Services.
